Terms governing use of the Aylko website, enquiries and information published before launch about Aylko software and website services.
Website information
We aim to keep information accurate and current, but product features, pricing, release dates and availability may change before a commercial agreement is made. Where a product is described as in development, it is not yet offered for sale.
Quotes and project scope
Website builds or bespoke services are subject to an agreed written scope, price, payment terms and responsibilities before work begins. External costs such as domain registration, Shopify plans, hosting, payment processing or external services are separate unless expressly included.
Intellectual property
Aylko branding, website content, software interfaces and original materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property law. Customer ownership of websites, domains, licensed software and bespoke deliverables will be defined in the relevant purchase or project agreement.
Availability and changes
We may improve, replace or withdraw website content and product concepts published before launch. Nothing on this site guarantees permanent availability of a specific feature, integration or price until included in a completed order or contract.
